Senior Business Analyst (Agile, English)

Have the knowledge of most business processes/information systems in the company
Sole responsibility for small and medium tasks
Active role in definition of IT solutions with business
Consult business needs, negotiate with business and suggest solutions
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Participation on system and acceptance testing
Gathering and completion of business requirements, conduct cost/benefits analysis
Defining excellent documentation and users’ stories, highly and efficiently maintain the team’s backlog.
Cooperate with local and also foreign development teams on delivery
Contribute to build team’s culture/process/standard.
Participation on IT and business projects

Need-to-have

2 years of experience in Business Analyst or similar roles
Experience in financial company is a plus
Experience with planning of testing scope and writing of test scenarios
Good communication in English
Ability to create templates / outputs in unknown areas
Expert knowledge of MS Office tools
Good knowledge and experience with Software development cycle from start to finish
Have knowledge of SQL databases, UML and modeling tools
Ability to draw process model diagrams
Practical experience with software development methodologies
