We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialized experience in Content Management Platform (CMS), preferablely AEM (Adobe Exeprience Manager) to join our dynamic team
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, particularly in the realm of digital experience management using AEM
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in leveraging AEM to drive business objective
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
· Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and pain points related to digital experience management.
· Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and AEM capabilities.
Solution Design and Documentation:
· Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, data models, and system integration requirements.
· Work closely with technical teams and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
· Create comprehensive solution designs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to articulate the proposed AEM solutions.
AEM Configuration and Customization:
· Leverage your expertise in AEM to configure and customize the platform to meet business needs.
· Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in AEM development and configuration.
· Collaborate with developers and system administrators to implement AEM components, templates, and workflows.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
· Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the stability and quality of AEM implementations.
· Define test scenarios and cases to validate AEM solutions against business requirements.
· Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback gathering and resolution of issues.
Stakeholder Communication and Training:
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure clear communication and alignment.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Provide training and support to business users on AEM functionalities, workflows, and best practices.
