Senior Business Analyst

Support business requests by either available resources or self conducted research;
Collaborate with other functions on strategic projects to deep dive players’ minds and give inputs on how to win;
Provide user research & explore user behavior;
Collect information, work both independently and collaboratively with other teams to track business performance and marketing effectiveness, and integrate with other key performance metrices to conclude on action plans;
Deliver market intelligence, market outlook & conduct feasible case studies for recommendation;
Monitor competitors’ activities and performance;
Analyze internal data and generate insights about different players types;
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing channels effectiveness, campaign optimization, users growth & segmentation, etc.

Structured thought process, good analytical & critical thinking; a goal-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills;
English reading and written: intermediate level ( previous experience required)
Capable of working with different products and projects;
Knowledge of relevant tools and techniques, basic SQL is a plus;
Solid computer skills, especially Google Spreadsheet, Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau;
Proven work experience as data analyst, market research or similar role with minimum 02 years of experience, technology experience is a plus;
