Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

Being business partner with Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) and Supply Chain OPCO (SCOPCO) team to support, analyze and evaluate the SC proposals, projects and their performance.

Coordinate and build the full year budget (overhead and capex) for the CS&L and SCOPCO team;
Monitor the investment (including capex) and perform post-evaluation for the projects within Supply Chain;
Analyse and monitor CS&L and SCOPCO spend, actual cost development vs Budget/LE and provides early warnings on deviations for the company;
Guide and advise the SC team on their activities on financials and accounting to ensure the compliance with the company policy and procedures;
Facilitate the development of system and support SC team projects;
Build business case and scenarios on the initiative, projects and proposal of the SC teams (both production, CS&L and SCOPCO) to provide insights and evaluate the effectiveness of the investment for the decision making;
Monitor, report and analyze the actual vs target for operation KPIs on the monthly basis for CS&L and SCOPCO team;

Ability to work with BI tool is a plus
4-6 year experience working in international company, preferably in relevant position in FMCG company.
Ability to analyze with large data set
Excellent in preparation of good business cases and presentation skill
ACCA/CIMA/ACA is a plus

PC software: words, excel, power point, BI, QlikView
Excellent written and verbal communication
University graduate in Finance/Accounting/Economic/Foreign Trade/Business
Professional certificate in auditing & accounting is an advantage
Fluent with spoken and written English
