Senior Business Development Manager ( Mandarin/ English Fluency)

- Be involved in the analysis and negotiation of contract terms, planning, pricing with customers and contractors.
- Drive the pre-sales, sales and after sales process with customer, be the key person contact for customer within the Company, with the support from technical team.
- Provide support to all internal and external communication and consultation programs carried out by the Company.
- Initiate and bring new leads on Solar and Energy Efficiency, create relationships and good networking with potential clients, extend the industrial company network in Vietnam, introduce and present the investment opportunities to the client’s key stakeholders for successful deals.
- Support Director of Development and Partnerships in organizing the country business development through 2 main channels: Direct leads and Partnerships.
- Networking and events participation: enhance GreenYellow’s presence and visibility in the country.
- Organize site visits and work with Engineering team for commercial deals, collect necessary technical information for the preliminary proposal (electricity bills, drawings of building, layout…).

- Good command of English communication skills is a must.
- Education: Bachelor degree in relevant fields.
- Networking appetite, willingness to catch new clients, objective persistence.
- Excellent international communication and coordination capacity.
- Available for very frequent national travels and some international travels.
- Good command of Mandarin communication skills is an advantage.
- Strong understanding capacity of our businesses and relevant regulations.
- Rigorous and organized mindset.
- Capacity to lead negotiation with customers, subcontractors, partners.
- Native Vietnamese only.
- Leadership on the overall Sales Management activity, extended Sales experience across industrial zones.
- At least 3 years of professional sales experience at the same level in Energy/ F&B Production/ Garment/ Banking or other Manufacturing industry.
