Senior Business Development Officer in HCMC

· Accurately grasps market information and develops EPC/OEM business in social and industrial infrastructure businesses (e.g. Industrial plant/factory, renewable energy, LNG, water, transport etc.)
· Performing other assignments requested by Business Development Manager/ Project Manager.
· Generates turnover from Japanese/Western/Vietnamese clients to achieve the KGI
· Translation among Vietnamese, English and Japanese (if required, as available)
· Collaborates with technical team to reach prospective clients
· Builds relationship with potential clients and partners
· Reports to the Deputy BD Manager in HCMC
· Contract negotiation and commercial administration
· Provides strategic planning and growth strategy, and develop new business opportunities
· Monitors competitors’ activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented

· Required levels of English languages: at least TOEIC score 750
· Proactive, self-starter, high responsible, result-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, industrious and honest
· Fare in English business conversation, reading and writing
· Have intention of long-term commitment with the company
· Trustworthy and have good sense of handling sensitive information
· Willing to travel to other provinces or overseas for meeting with clients, suppliers and other partners
· Bachelor of degree
· Has at least 5 years experience in the similar position, especially in EPC or infrastructure industry
· Good at Office PC skills
· Experiences of working in large-scale companies, especially in Japanese ones is an advantage
