Senior Business Project and Process Specialist

- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific CRM projects and processes. Work closely with people from other departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
- Plan the process/ project - Define the scope of the process/ project in collaboration with Head of CRM Life cycle or with colleagues from CRM or Telesales team or other teams
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc) required to complete the process/ project
- Develop a schedule for process/ project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Review the process/ project schedule with other departments
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the process/ project will be evaluated at its completion
- Execute the process/ project according to the process/ project plan
- Monitor the progress of the process/ project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Control and evaluate projects
- Ensure that the process/ project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Evaluate the outcomes of the process/ project as established during the planning phase
- Create processes / optimize existing processes
