Senior C&B Specialist

Our client is a leading delivery platform- based company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:

Participate in communication, guidance, training, and answering questions for units during the process of implementing and applying human resources policies.
Coordinate with units and departments to adjust the performance evaluation system (according to KPI) and achievements to increase labor productivity and work efficiency of employees.
Carry out reports, control and evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the company&039;s personnel policies and procedures and propose adjustments and modifications.
Propose amendments, supplements, and improvements to the company rules, regulations, procedures, and documents related to the management system.
Participate in building a personnel remuneration regime aligned with the company&039;s orientation and business situation in each period and employee groups.

Good understanding of labor laws and regulations.
At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources related to HR policies and C&B.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Laws, or any related field.
Having experience working in companies with over 1,000 employees and having a group of unskilled workers is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and analyzing data.
Solid knowledge and skills related to job evaluation and analysis.
