Senior Cashier (GCB7)

In this role, you will:
- Have full responsibility for physical cash in/out of the Vault, cash floats, day-end balance between physical cash and records in Cash Register Books and in HUB system.
- Ensure all amounts of cash in/out from/to customers and/or SBV to be checked, counted and initialed by cash counting staff and physically check cash in Vault under the dual control of RBWM Customer Service Executive/Officer in charge at day-end.
- Deliver cash to tellers, cashiers as per authorized cash limits to ensure the bank services are delivered with high quality.
- Assist Chief Cashier Officer in handling ATMs operations (replenish cash in ATMs, fix simple technical errors, etc… during working as well as non-working hours and ensure funds are always sufficient in ATMs). Report any mismatch to Chief Cashier Officer.
- Support cashier team to count cash or deal with customers when necessary.
- Be fully back-up for cashiers/Chief Cashier Officer when he/she is on leave.
- Monitor and train cashiers and cash counting staff on daily tasks.
- Complete tasks and fulfill responsibilities as outlined in CDD LoBP, AML Policy; Sanctions Policy and always stay vigilant to identify and report warning signs to detect, deter and protect customers and the bank from fraud and financial crimes.
