OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
A Senior C&B Executive has the full responsibility for:
• Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of internal employee data, payroll, and HR systems; generating HR internal reporting for the improvements, forecast and planning.
• Being one of our “HR Ambassador” and playing an important role to improve the engagement, happiness, and productivity of our workplace
• Managing and processing internal HR operational activities which span the lifecycle of internal employees timely, accurately, and effectively
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage HR Administration and processing for internal colleagues and management across a range of HR operational topics. This includes tasks through the entire ‘employee life cycle’ from joining to termination, including but not limited to:
- Process new hires, changes to terms and conditions, offboarding processes
- Prepare contracts, decisions and promotion letters and support the salary and bonus reviews with the Senior HR Manager, HR Director
- Monitor probations, performance reviews and other due dates for internal employees
• Actively support other activities of the team
• Manage reports: staff cost, work share report, staff cost based on workshare and reports to HQ accurately and timely
• Listen, understand and advise colleagues for questions, and queries.
• Support colleagues to optimize their benefits in compliance with Company’s policies and labor laws
• Manage and update internal HR processes in compliance with Company’s policies and labour laws while still supporting the business’ efficiency
• Continuously review the working procedures in your area to make them better
• Manage and process monthly payroll, SHUI, PIT accurately and timely
• Cooperate with IT to develop and maintain accuracy, reliability, and compliance of HR system
• Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Senior HR Manager & HR Director
• Update the market, benefits, and policies linked to your area and advise the Senior HR Manager, and HR Director on the necessary changes to ensure our market competitiveness
