SENIOR C&B EXECUTIVE

Being in charge compulsory Insurances, Labor contract, PIT, HR system project and other C&B tasks

Payroll calculation

- Ensure the accuracy of monthly time attendance data
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll calculation

Compulsory insurance

- Implementing and controlling activities of Social insurance, Health and Unemployment insurance regulations comply with the current law
- Managing and reconciling SI, HI, UI cost align with payroll monthly
- Ensuring SI, HI, UI monthly reports submit to local authorities on time and exactly with the law
- Managing third vendor to ensure SI, HI, UI matters comply with the law

Personal Income Tax (PIT)

- Updating and recording Tax code database of whole company
- Responsible for register Tax code for employee and employee’s dependent monthly
- Declare PIT monthly and finalize the PIT yearly
- Proceeding relevant reports to PIT when Manager assigned

Labor contract: Follow to evaluate and sign the probation contract, definite/indefinite term labor contract for local employees and foreigners.

Other tasks

- Can be back up to assist other C&B team member to advise/feedback employee C&B’s matters
- Understanding procedures/process regarding to payroll calculation
- Other tasks when Supervisors/Managers request

College/ University Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or other related major with at least 3 year of working experience in the same position
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation, resolving complaint skills.
Pleasant personality and good communication skills with all levels of people
Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Law of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and PIT.
Good command of Vietnamese (spoken and written), communicative English.
