- Together with HR Manager create policies to enhance the people processes
- Prepares and follow up any employment contract
- Act as Business Partner for line managers related to people processes
- Follow up probation time reminder to line managers and consolidate reports
- Collect and manage employee’s profiles for updating to the Master list and HRIS.
- Register PIT code and dependants for new hires, monthly PIT report together with Finance Department
- Do all tasks related to registration, claim process, deduction of SI, HI, UI and HI card insurance.
- In charge of monthly payroll from data collection (timesheet, OT, etc), consolidate and generate the report

- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Good decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Vietnamese labor laws
- Strong ethical standards
- Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
- Additional knowledge of HRIS is a plus point
- Proficient in Google Suite Tools (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations)
- Problem-solver
- Min. 4-5 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role

- 13-months and Performance Bonus.
