Senior Commercial Finance Manager

As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will build generate insightful analysis of business performance, contribute to business strategies, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Description
The Commercial Finance Manager, reporting directly Head of Finance, will be responsible of the following tasks:
- Deliver business analysis and commercial added values to support management in business decision both on-going basis and long-term plans, yearly budgets and latest estimates
- Design and implement ideas/initiatives to optimize business processes in order to deliver business intelligence on our commercial portfolio
- Partner with Commercial teams to understand sales performance and trends, analysis, forecast as well as pricing control and value chain computation
- Partner with Marketing in A&P monitoring and analysis process including budget/actual expenses as well as review, verify and approve for expenses
- Assessing risks as well as developing and implementing forecast modelling with insightful business intelligence to help identify opportunities and gaps within the organization
- Summarizing financial performance and translating complex financial concepts into simple and logical presentations for internal/ external audiences
Profile
- University degree in Finance / Accounting
- Extensive commercial finance experience, preferably gained in an FMCG
- Possess sound business acumen
- Savvy stakeholder management - managing relationships and expectations
- Strong scenario planning and financial modeling
- Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese language
