We currently have an open vacancy a Senior Construction Manager/ Team Leader for the Construction department work in the Advisory Group Industry & Buildings (I&B) Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist department head with implementation of QMS system including control manpower planning; recruiting staff; giving input to proposals; trouble shooting on projects
•Work with the project owners from pre-plan until the completion of the project and serve as team leader. At the design stage, Construction Manager can give advice makes recommendations for improvements to the design, construction technology necessary, scheduling and how to make an efficient and effective construction
•Propose several alternatives results of design and construction plans including analysis of its impact on cost and time, to be discussed together within the project management team
•Leading the team in overseeing the implementation of the work that has been agreed not to exceed the budget or beyond the time that has been planned and can coordinate with project owners in the decision making
•Provide advice and coordinate contractors in terms of procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring schedules, payment quality of work and report the results of the work to Project Manager/Owner
•Set up a supervision team, prepares an organization chart of the project site and prepare responsibility matrix for the supervision team
•Prepare an Inspection and Testing Plan also material control sheet
•Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met and reviewing progress
•Optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project
•Understand the principles and importance of planning. Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing plan to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials
•Prepare weekly reports to owners
