Senior Creative Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop Packaging Design & Branding across multiple categories and cross divisions
Organise and lead brainstorming sessions with the teams
Bring innovation mixed with complex ideas and optimise digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.
Push strategic and creative thinking mindsets
Managing outside resources, including vendors, photographers, color separators, printers, freelancers, web and interactive sub-contractors.
Review and approve work from the team, when necessary, on specific cases
Allocate projects and resources across specific engagements based on long term vision, establishing high standards of production delivery
Lead an experienced team of designer.

Key Requirements

Deep knowledge in creating advertising campaigns from scratch with a strategic mindset
5 to 10 years of related experience in the field
Deep understanding of international creative and advertising trends
Problem solving skills
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Outstanding design and motion skills as well as composition, typography and color theory
Ideally a degree in Graphic Design, Fine arts or relevant work experience
Good at time management and teamwork
Ability to communicate, write and read in English (other languages bonus)
