Objectives of the Position
This position beside work in Tialoc VN, will support oversea too (Malaysia Engineering team)
The incumbent will be responsible to assist providing basic design during tender stage, generate technical proposals, tender costing to support for new business potentials. The engineers mainly assist engineering project controls, including budgeting.
Task and Responsibilities
To advise and develop technical constructability and ensure use the right material or things for construction including but not limited to sample submission, MOS, Progress Claim, VO(Variation Order) & VE(Value Engineering)
Other extra work assignments from the department when needed;
Assist in costing and budgetary proposal meeting technical requirements;
To work within the engineering team and be involved in all aspects of EPCM projects from design, procurement, support construction and commissioning, start-up;
Coordinate as well as technically clarify with local and international suppliers and subcontractors;
Assist in design verification and approvals in accordance with company procedures and requirements;
Review technical inquiries and tender document;
To support engineering managers on all project activities;
Organize documentation according to the company and project requirements;
Provide technical support for manufacturing, logistics and installation phases;
To ensure IFC(Information For Construction) drawing to site, sample submission as well as mock-up schedule
Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works;
To review as built/ O&M(Operations and Maintenance)
Assist in feasibility studies and perform economic evaluation;
Assist in the design of various plant components, equipment, systems, etc. and be responsible for preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages;
Take part in project planning and scheduling, cost control and project commercial aspects;
Senior CSA Engineer:
Key focus on CSA design and hands on support for CSA system;
Preferable to have steel structure design, reinforced concrete design, foundation design and basic architecture system knowledge;
To guide junior Engineer on the assigned task
