Senior Customs Documentation

• Preparing documents & doing customs clearance for import and export shipments (both sea & air).
• Applying the import license, specialist licenses from the relevant Ministry.
• Advising customers and oversea agents on the matters relate to customs formalities.
• Solving the issues during the customs clearance process.
• Contacting to oversea agents for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
• Checking and providing Job file for trucking teams (LCL and FCL) every month.
• Following up monthly Master list.
• Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from shippers’ site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments).
• Issuing Invoice for local customers.
• Once the picking up or delivery is done, finish all necessary papers (Summary report, Proof of delivery, etc.).
• Completing other tasks assigned by Local Handling Manager.
QHSE:
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility.
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency.

• Able to work independently or in group under high pressure.
• Mastering customs procedures in Import-Export fields.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality in jobs.
• Good communication with customers.
• Proficient in MS office applications, mail exchange.
• At least 5 years of working experience in International Company, Freight Forwarding/ Logistics is a plus.
• Good command of English language.
• Exactness, carefulness, certainty, quickness.
• University graduation or above. Priority for major related to foreign trade, import-export.
