Senior Data Analysis - Operations

- Manage strategic projects - prioritizing, planning, and delegating appropriate tasks with an emphasis on flawless execution and operation optimization throughout sellers’ journey from onboarding, listing, selling, delivery to after-sales
- Drive efficiency and scalability through automation using advanced data analytic tools such as BigQuery, R or Python
- Manage and improve our reporting dashboards and database. Work with internal data teams to evolve key performance metrics and provide actionable new insights that can improve customer and seller experience
- Take the lead to initiate and manage proposed projects
- Continuously strive to automate and simplify our workflows by evaluating new systems and tools
- Maintain positive collaboration with internal teams (Seller Operation Solutions, Products, TikiCare, Compensation, etc.) and external vendors (Sellers, Logistics, etc.)
- Ability to crunch complex data from multiple sources and make recommendations to support business cases
- Analyze operational performance via tracking a combination of different metrics to examine and detect pain points and opportunities with the goal of improving the seller‘s operational experience and customer satisfaction

- Manage multiple projects with varying priority levels, and have the consistency to deliver in a timely manner.
- Proficient with SQL, Google Sheet, Data Studio (Most important). Knowing Python or particularly R is a strong plus
- Willing to go beyond your pre-defined scope of work, and take on more responsibilities to grow your capabilities
- Creative thinker who can identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing processes which enable scalability
- Organized and able to react to the challenges of a fast moving environment
- Superb communication, strong leadership and teamwork skills, good sense of humor (nice to have)
- Razor-sharp analytical skills, should have the ability to evaluate, analyze and present data
- Positive energy and attitude with a passion in ecommerce and grocery
