(Senior) Demand Planner

- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Create reports & dashboards for performance management, analyze business trends and insights to improve overall demand planning process & demand forecast quality.
- Develop tools, manage and recap weekly reporting for review, and support required analysis and business decisions regarding markdowns and the Supply Planning adjustment on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Manage Demand Planning process as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle by working with related stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Category Management, ...
- Manage related projects according to business requirements.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, model, and interpret data.
- Experience in FMCG and demand planning is a plus.
- Preferably experience in IBP, S&OP, business planning and forecasting.
- Bachelor&039;s or Graduate&039;s Degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance and banking or other related field.
- Proficient in English, TOEIC 650+ or equivalent.
- Excellence communication skill and business understanding with abilities to drive cross-functional team.
