Senior Design Architect

- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years (maximum 10 years) relevant working experience; international experience is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and graphic talent. Excellent knowledge and experience in early design phases such as Concept and Schematic Design.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Be a strong team leader & results orientated.
- Ability to lead and work well in a team, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaison with Clients and good presentation skills.
- Understand the design process to manage a project from Concept to Detail Design
- Experience in coordinating with other disciplines.
- Experience working on complex, large scale projects.
- Good understanding of local and/or international regulations / standards.
- Good visualization skills.
- Intermediate technical skills.
- Experience working on industrial projects is a plus.
- Confident working in an international organization.
