Senior Designer for japanese client (UI-UX)

・And now, we are proposing an opportunity for Web designers to support our client, Hakuhodo Product's, one of the largest promotion production companies, based in Japan.                         
・We are looking for a Web designer, who can design various websites and web applications to meet with client strict requirements and sometimes will be creative and innovative to create new and fresh pages on mobile and website.                         
                        
What Will You Do?                         
・Be in charge of the design process for the website, landing page. (mostly for Japanese client)                         
・Work closely with another designer, manager and all team’s members to gather requirements for creating superior, optimised web designs.                         
・Translate requirements from clients to design and specifications and assist developers on issues relating to design on daily tasks.                         
・Manage own tasks and arrange schedules to handle designs to developers as well as clients on time.                         
・Use of judgment to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that balance user needs, business constraints and technological realities.                         
・Approach all projects with empathy and emotional design principles.                         
・The individual should be comfortable working with senior members of the management team and engineers. You also should be the one who is flexible to adapt to the directive and it is imperative that you have to meet the deadline and specific schedule.                         

▽ Must have                         
・3+ years of web design experience                         
・Experience in designing and producing PC and smartphone sites                         
・Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/XD                         
・Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously                         
・Creation of wire frame (configuration document)                         
・Basic web literacy                         
・Experience in designing advertising websites such as product brands                         
                        
▽ Nice to have                         
・Work experience at a Japanese company as well as experience in Japan type design field.                         
・Practical experience with basic HTML / CSS coding                         
・Experience customizing CMS such as WordPress                         
・SEO knowledge                         
・Experience in directing and managing a design team                         
・English (or Japanese) basic ability is a must.
