Senior Digital Product Management Specialist

• Prepare clear and concise business requirement documents based on business and company direction for the IT team to develop. Ensure proper tracking of all CRs / Enhancements and other requests in a structured and organised manner.


• Responsible to co-ordinate with all internal business departments on production bugs raised, consolidate and raise the same with the IT department and track the development / fixing of the bugs raised.


• On receiving a bug, first try trouble shooting to identify as much information to provide to IT in order to fix at the earliest.


• Responsible for testing (UAT) every enhancement / CR / development from business side prior to moving to production. Maintain the level of urgency and agreed timelines for deployment. Also, perform daily checks on all the applications (production environment) to ensure smooth functioning of the business activities


• Monitor and follow up on daily basis current statuses of the applications, make the statistic reports about incidents to ensure accurate reporting. Ensure closure of all incidents in a timely manner


• Actively support all different sales functions / business users in proactively answering any queries / doubts regards to the usage of the application.


• Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• University degree and above, preferably in IT or technical areas 


• At least 03 years’ experiences in same position, preferably working experience in Insurance, Baking, Finance Industry


• 3-5 years of experiences in application support, solution delivery 


• Solid knowledge in: Programming languages, database management systems, Point of Sales (POS), CRM, E-Commerce systems; Business processes, especially in the field of insurance.


• Fluency in both Vietnamese & English


• Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative


• Accuracy, pay attention to details


• Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
