Mô tả công việc

  • Deliver on overall budget imperatives with respect to sales, channel productivity, revenue, value of new business, and profitability; ensuring full realization of business case for each channel within agreed timelines

  • Initiate and maintain professional relationships and networks with distribution partners, industry leaders, regulators, internal stakeholders and role players that are key in the development and optimization of alternative channels

  • Work closely with product, digital, marketing, operations and technology departments to deliver customer propositions unique to the channel
    Ensure that direct/partnership channels are deployed and operate in full compliance with regulatory requirements and MBAL’s internal policies, procedures, and overall risk management framework

  • Lead ongoing strategic recommendations to direct/partnership channels on all facets of direct campaign management, execution and optimization; including creative/content/format direction, audience criteria/segmentation, A/B and multivariate test opportunities and in-market cadence

  • Develop concise, insightful and actionable creative briefs, ensuring all relevant information and reference material is provided

  • Partner with internal production management and external suppliers to offer ongoing recommendations around direct marketing production efficiency and innovation, as well as list selection, strategy and segmentation

  • Partner with internal traffic and resource managers to develop achievable schedules and resourcing assignments, ensuring scope of work is clearly understood and appropriately prioritized

  • Be the key contact point for all partnership, building and maintaining relationships with key partners

  • Develop and implement co-promotions and co-membership mechanics with partners.

  • Develop and implement marketing communication in collaboration with each partnership, including: co-advertising, co-events opportunities to drive customer engagement & results

  • Collaborate with internal marketing team & other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

  • Identify creative and effective ways to connect with partner members and/or employees.

  • Optimize rewards mix/inventory to drive customer engagement

  • Analyze effectiveness of direct/partnership marketing activities to adjust future strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in campaign management/marketing and sales.

  • Good understanding in user experience/customer experience and be able to plan and deliver direct/online campaigns.

  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance metrics in direct campaign and digital marketing and ability to effectively interpret data to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations.

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Marketing Automation and/or Campaign Management Software.
