Senior Director of Business Finance

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:
* Build Business planning:
- Coordinating with business units and Finance to formulate/ set plans and targets:
+ Targets / annual business plans
+ Long-term overall objectives / plans (5 years)
+ Targets of projects / initiatives / business programs and customer journeys
- Ensuring consistency between business divisions and Finance in planning work stream.
* Manage and measure results against business targets
- Ensure agreement for the measurement of results and key drivers across Divisions: Finance; Strategy and total bank
- Measurement of performance to plan
* Manage and operate the budgeting and planning process, and measure actual results
- Deliver business campaigns dashboards
- Ensure unity and synchronization in principle, methodology, and the cooperation between Finance and other divisions
- Develop annual planning; and periodically during the year (if required)
- Measure the business plan execution and work towards automation and digitalization
- Identify and roll out measures and metrics to drive fact based decision making
- Develop accurate and honest forecasts (periodically in the year) and analysis of financial results of BU
* Cost Management
- Participate in the development of cost management tools to support understanding and management of business unit and own team costs.
- Effective understanding and management of operating costs to achieve the goal of maximizing profitability and sustainable development of the organization
- Monitor IT spend.

* Experience covers these aspects:
* 15-20 years of experience in finance - financial analysis/data in the banking, financial services or FinTech sectors.
- Experience in building reporting systems; analysis
- Taking on a management role in the field of finance and accounting / financial analysis.
- Knowledge of data governance; data architecture
- Experience in construction of planning; budgeting
- Experience in building and managing performance indicators
- Experience in developing business policies/programs and operating processes at enterprises
- Understanding in Technology Platforms and Systems
- Knowledge in the exploitation and use of BI reporting software tools such as Qlick, Tableau, Power BI
- Experience and Understanding of Change Management Team Management Experience
- Experience in building financial models
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience and understanding in the field of financial services
