Senior E-Commerce Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Digital Project Manager with extensive experience in managing e-commerce projects to join our team. As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale digital projects, specifically in the e-commerce space. You will be expected to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale e-commerce projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and resolve them
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, specifically in e-commerce
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies
• Understanding of web development technologies and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
