3-5 Le Van Huu, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City , Vietnam.

- 09:00 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays (1 Hour lunch break)
- 09:00 to 12:00 Saturdays
Primary Purpose of the Post:
- To ensure optimum satisfaction for all occupiers of the Facilities.
- In an emergency, support CE and assist emergency service (Local authority, Police, Fire Fighting Department …)
- Support CE to update and prepare reports for the Property Manager
- Support Chief Engineer (CE) to deliver a smooth operation and implement a suitable preventative maintenance plan for the entire building
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate a standard and method to save all energy
- Check and follow-up service and repair work from any contractors.
- Inspect the condition of the building structure
- Generate a standard and method to evaluate the energy-saving plan
- Work with the engineering team to improve the efficiency of equipment, systems, and operations.
- Generate energy saving plan
- Generate preventive maintenance program, schedule, and check-list
- Follow up the preventive maintenance program signed to any contractors.
- Set technician training if required
- Conclude and analyze all energy consumption data for future planning
- Check and monitor routine operation work of all Mechanical & Electrical systems.
- Generate a standard and method to control maintenance costs.
- Improve an energy-saving plan
- Generate a standard procedure to measure and record energy consumption
- To monitor the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the agreed delivery levels for the occupiers.
- Generate a standard and method to record all mechanical & electrical equipment and system repairs
- Conclude monthly system defect and repair work report.
- Generate a method to use all mechanical equipment and system at full capacity which will reduce energy consumption
- Generate a standard and all mechanical & electrical equipment method to record and system defects
- Generate a standard procedure to evaluate the preventive maintenance program

- Patient and service-minded
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong organizational skills (both manpower & administration)
- Good command of English is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in the engineering field, favorable in Commercial Office Building
- Male
- Ability to use AutoCAD and Revit software and the BMS system is an advantage
