About the role:

As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.

What will you be doing?

Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process
Organise and manage teams to deliver exceptional products
Set & communicate direction for your teams
Manage careers and professional growth of engineers
Build with the team culture of diversity and excellence

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science
6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer
Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
