About the role:

• As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.

• Organise and manage teams to deliver exceptional products


• Build with the team culture of diversity and excellence


• Manage careers and professional growth of engineers


• Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process


• Set & communicate direction for your teams

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science


• 6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems

Nice to have:

• Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding


• Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer


• Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
