II-VI INCORPORATED (VIETNAM) is SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Working with designer/customer to review/discuss for implement the knowledge into new products and processes
- Observing the manufacturing processes and interacting closely with operators/engineers in cooperative manner to learn and propose a technical project to undertake for process understanding and robustness development
- Working as expert mechanical process in manufacturing
- Leading diverse group of teams made of different technical backgrounds and expertise to trouble shoot process and product related problems
- Working with international experts to assist with process development support and contribute new process development strategies
- Reviewing of process data to do analysis and run complex tests using Design of Experiment principles to investigate root cause of issue, then lead teams to propose solutions to management teams with follow up action to take to fix the issues technical in nature

- Good at Leadership and Management Skills
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Mechanical, Material Science or equivalent
- Requires a minimum of 12 years of total related experience and at least 3 years at Management Level
- Good English for Communication
