Senior Event

Here’s what you will do day-to-day

Collaborate with stakeholders involved including Business Development department, Finance department, event partners, guests, reporters, and journalists, etc.
Manage logistics and supervise before, during and after events
Acquire marketing quality lead
Developing event feedback surveys, obtaining permits and handling post-event reports.
Develop content: Mc scripts, inviting emails, interview questions, thank you letters etc.
Plan B2B events such as online webinars, offline workshops, press conferences, networking events, etc.
Support sales team collect data, handling budgeting and invoicing, managing branding and communication.

Here&039;s who we are looking for

Content development and design skill is preferred
experience
At least 2-year experienced in event organization
Highly self-motivated
Plus if with experiences in PR, communication, marketing or business development
management skills
Detail-oriented, energetic, and passionate in building interactive
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
Excellent command of communication skills and project
