Senior Event

Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Plan B2B events such as online webinars, offline workshops, press conferences, networking events, etc.


• Acquire marketing quality lead


• Manage logistics and supervise before, during and after events


• Collaborate with stakeholders involved including Business Development department, Finance department, event partners, guests, reporters, and journalists, etc.


• Develop content: Mc scripts, inviting emails, interview questions, thank you letters etc.


• Support sales team collect data, handling budgeting and invoicing, managing branding and communication.


• Developing event feedback surveys, obtaining permits and handling post-event reports.

Here's who we are looking for

• At least 2-year experienced in event organization


• Excellent command of communication skills and project


• management skills


• Detail-oriented, energetic, and passionate in building interactive


• experience


• Highly self-motivated


• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements


• Content development and design skill is preferred


• Plus if with experiences in PR, communication, marketing or business development
