Senior Event Executive

We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of (Senior) Event Executive ( Saigon Centre Mall)

Keppel Land is geographically diversified in Asia, with Singapore, China and Vietnam as its key markets, while it continues to scale up in other markets such as Indonesia and India. In Vietnam, Keppel Land is a pioneer and one of the largest foreign real estate investors with a quality portfolio mainly in Ho Chi Minh City, including Grade A offices, residential properties, retail malls, integrated townships and award-winning serviced apartments.
AIM OF THE JOB:
This position will support Saigon Centre Marketing Department on all marketing activities and consumer events/activations.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Other marketing-related projects as assigned
Identify partnership opportunities between Saigon Centre and various trade and media stakeholders
Manage event space/POSM leasing, contracts, and payment
Manage event agency (as and when appointed by the company), day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Collaborate with tenants, designer, digital team to produce relevant content for all marketing activities
Secure license application for promotional events
Boost brand awareness through relationship with PR, magazines, articles, bloggers, etc.
Prepare event KPIs to follow up and analyze efficiency and ROIs
Planning, implementation and follow-up for various marketing activities and events to drive traffic to the mall and boost sales

Excellent communication skills, customer & result-oriented
Good command of English and excellent Vietnamese copywriting
Creative and innovative thinker
Proven ability in problem-solving, planning, management and leadership skills
Calm individual who can operate under pressure and deadlines
A team player with the ability to work independently
Relevant and proven experience in events/consumer activation/PR
Ability to catch new trend quickly, analyse data and market insights
Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills
Good relationship with local media (print, online, blogger/facebookers etc.)
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook; and Internet
Strong ability to multi-task
University Degree in Economics, Communications, Marketing or Business-related studies ​
Attentive to details, accountable and motivated
