Senior Exporter

- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/ General Director
- Check Debit from Broker by monthly.
- Do payment request for Local Freight charge ( with B/L and debit Note).
- Make Loading Plan for big POs and arrange the export shipping schedule to send the related department.
- Coordinate with HK site to confirm the container/seal number, quantity of export ( in case of FCL and another shipment if required).
- Update / Arranging to ask the logistic broke take the red invoice and FCR from Forwarder.
- Receive the price export confirmed from Accounting
- Make detailed exporting plan based on orders and BOM including quantity, net weight, gross weight ( by standard of each customer )
- Check the export customs clearance, means of transportation, out going permission for export…
- Prepare all exporting related documents

- Willingness to take ownership.
- English proficiency.
- Ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing as business conditions change.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- At least 5 years minimum practical experience.
- Good team player and potential to lead.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Ability to learn new systems, programs and methods.
