Scope of Position:
Control maintenance works of all facility equipment and building
Responsibility:
- To be in charge of Facility maintenance team; Handyman;
- Ensure HSE & Quality standard of work to delivery to the Customers.
- Fulfill responsibility as a member of HSE
- Fulfill responsibility for HSE job’s requirement in your areas.
- Setup all needed procedure, Work instruction, regulation, Maintenance plan which relevant to the Facility maintenance activities.
- Closely working with HSE team to build new document of Risk Assessment, Safety Operation Instruction; Facility standard & yearly revising. Do training to related people.
- Timely update Master training matrix to get approve from Manager. Review and do the training plan for Facility team and implement.
- To build training document to train facility team and related people as planning.
- Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- To be in charge of developing talent of Engineering and senior technician of the Facility department.
- Working with Purchasing Department to select the good supplier could adapt maintenance work and have KPI to review them Monthly or after each job/contract.
- Yearly review contractor’s performance and revising the work list.
- Always looking for the potential supplier to improve maintenance activities
- Take in charge of spare part program to ensure always available part for repairing/maintenance and keeping stock in min/max level and needed parts.
- To lead Facility maintenance activities to perform all the maintenance work, repairing work and overall work on safety and keep machine in good condition.
- Analysis data to be monthly identifies maintenance priorities by assessing operational/maintenance objectives; determining project objectives, such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimating relevance, time, and costs.
- Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
- Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Report direct to Manager and Other jobs are assigned by Manager
