• Experienced in sustainable facility, water, and energy solutions.
• Effective problem-solving skills
• 5 to 7 years experience in management & leadership skills
• Graduate within Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing or related major
• Experienced in design for maintainability
• Results and customer service oriented
• Good communication both in written and verbal
• Good IT knowledge – MS Office / SAP
• Project management skills
• Be a good negotiator
• Proficient in verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
• Or gained proven facility experience and demonstrated leadership.
• Desired to have Master & Bachelor or similar degree in Engineering, Business, or management
• Willing to travel to other LEGO sites for seminars/meetings
• Strong experience (7-10 years) in the manufacturing business with 3-5 years in similar facility manufacturing/equivalent management position
• Continuous improvement, mid-level
