Senior FCT Development Engineer

• Perform test system for development for existing & new projects, including:
Provide detailed specifications for proposed test solutions including time and scope involved based on customer’s & product specification requirement.
Provide solutions on infrastructure of test systems, such as network, electricity, AC...
Work with Vendors and/or Customers on test hardware, Fixture development and fabrication.
Perform Design for Test (DFT), test coverage analysis based on product specification and function.
Develop and release Test software, FW, GUI for tester.
• Document and monitor testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems
• Create test design documentation including test instructions, specifications, drawings, and verification plans.
• Provide technical support to the production site, including: hardware maintenance; test system calibration & validation, set up; high-level software debug; training; test yield and coverage improvement.
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a product test and develop steps for their proper execution
• Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans
• Prepare test specification and qualification reports like CPK, GR&R, ORT… for the new test system.
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
• RFQ analysis to provide cost estimation for a new test system, including: labor test cost & NRE

• University Graduated in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science with at least 5 years experience of test development in manufacturing companies.
• Expert understanding of PC subsystems, test hardware/software concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to understand about electronic component datasheets and specifications, schematic analysis.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems and backend programming
• Ability to speak, read and write English is a must. Able to communicate fluently with US and European customers and US headquarters.
• Experience in software development and testing with programming languages: Python, C++, C.
• Experience in Flash memory/storage interfaces and technologies will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware and software
• Experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industries.
• Advanced understanding Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
