Senior Finance Manager

•Manage the Finance team
•Ensure timely report submission to the Group, Senior Management and Principals
•Ensure timely submission of statutory filing i.e. quarterly Financial statements lodgement, Tax submission
•Ensure timely monthly and quarterly closing
•Ensure timely completion of the monthly and quarterly forecast
•Assist the Head of Finance to oversee budgeting exercise and regional treasury matters
•Oversee and forecast cashflow requirement to ensure efficient funds to meet operational/CAPEX needs
•Follow up and ensure all internal / external audit issues are addressed
•Consolidate and prepare monthly balance sheet review documentation required for Performance Review Meeting with Senior Management
•Review and approve all payments
•Verify and review all matters related to balance sheet write offs, credit application for customers, commission payment to staff
•Review adhoc GL journals and invoices
Oversee and support insurance renewal and increase in coverage

•Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) with at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
•Strong leadership, people management and organisational skills
•Proficient in MS office
•Good Interpersonal and communication skills
