Senior Financial Analysis

JOB SUMMARY
- Gather and verify the accuracy of financial data, check journal entries, and reconcile accounts
- Claim/insurance procedure/monitoring
- CAPEX, FA Monitoring, Controlling per IFRS16, VAS, Group rules
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
- Ensuring that companies and organizations have accurate financial records
- Banking documentation / communication (Mandate, Corporate Facilities, etc)
- Monitoring Job files qualification, WIP/ACR, Accuracy
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following up and timely record new assets requested to buy from the internal
- Monitor authorized account reconciliation process
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly (token Keeper, User monitoring)
- Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
- Manage Cash Flow of whole company
- based on investment plan and Capex approved by upper level
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such as AP and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Keep records of relevant documents
- Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- Corporate with OPS and ISSC for Job file qualifications (WIP, ACR, Accuracy)
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirement
- Manage and Monitoring AP invoices in term of Tax Input reconciliation
- Corporate with OPS and ISSC for the status of AP posting process (posted/unposted/disputed etc)
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team, such as a risk analyst when required to review financial information and forecasts.
- Intercompany relationship/communication and reconciliation (Group Charges, Recharge)
- Support Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation (Fix Asset per VAS, IFRS16, Group Rules etc)

- Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
