Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, managing, and developing the company's design products
- Design advertising publications on digital marketing channels (website, Facebook, Instagram, youtube...) such as image posters, gifs, flash banners, pop up, email templates, website/app interface...
- Design printed publications (brochures, brochures, posters, bankrolls, etc.)
- Monitor and manage printing quality of forms and advertising materials, ensuring compliance with approved designs.
- Design and manage the company's brand identity system
- Art direction is needed during all photo shoots, working closely with the photographer, stylist, producer, and model to execute the concept of the shoot
KPIs:
- Product information images are produced according to guidelines (100%)
- Timeline Design (95%)
Interdepartmental communication
- Marketing manager: report directory-Update work process-Daily
- CEO: report following Job requirements-As needed

Qualifications:
- Have a good love and understanding of the cosmetic and fashion industry
- Ability to work independently & teamwork spirit; Skilled in time management and multitasking
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Adobe Premier, Deadweaver
- Develop creativity and creative thinking in line with brand orientation
Required experience & education:
- Graduated with majors in graphic design, fine art, painting…
- 2-4 year experience as Graphics Designer
Compensation:
- Probation: 85% USD 500 - 1000 (depend on her capability)
- Pass Probation: USD 500 - 1000 (depend on her capability)
- Package of 19
