Key Responsibilities
Euroland IR is a leading investor relations company headquartered in Sweden, with multiple offices around the world. We specialize in creating cutting- edge financial web applications tailored for Investor Relations (IR).
We are seeking Senior Graphic and Web Designers to join our creative team and elevate our design standards across UI/UX, product, and website design initiatives (70%). The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands- on design expertise to drive innovation in both user experience and visual communication across digital products.

• Design and deliver high- quality visual solutions for Investor Relations and website projects, ensuring alignment with the company&039;s branding and objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to ensure professional growth and consistency in design outputs.
• Develop and optimize design strategies for investor relations materials and communications
• Drive the development and implementation of user- centered design processes
• Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices across all our tools and websites
• Conduct and analyze UX research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative design solutions to the organization
• Conduct user research, functionality testing, and gather feedback for improvement in the designs
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and digital products.

• Solid understanding of user- centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, with the ability to apply these concepts strategically to enhance user experience.
• A proactive, detail- oriented Individual with a passion for driving design excellence, ensuring that all designs align with expectations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of designers will be a plus
• Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and Figma/Adobe XD, with a strong understanding of design workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present design ideas/concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience as a Graphic and/or Web Designer or in a related design role, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and successful digital design initiatives.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS (frontend development) will be a major plus;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, preferably in a corporate environment.

Periodic salary reviews every 6 months to 1 year, aligned with performance and contributions. Additional benefits include a 13th- month salary, holiday bonuses, and Tet (New Year) rewards.
