Senior Import-Export Executive - HCM (1000-2000 USD)

- Handle contracts: draft contract for exported cargo, check the contract for the imported cargo (both international and domestic orders)
- Process and submit import L/C application to the bank, review exported L/C and request amendments if any.
- Liaising with External Parties (Supplier/ shipper, Independent surveyor, Insurance company …etc) for documentation and shipping requirement.
- Preparation of pre/post shipping documentations and including drafts, etc
- Prepare/ check export documents and ensure that it strictly complies with the letter of credit
and/or customer's requirement
- Follow the cargo delivery status and follow the payment with the customers.
- Monitor payment from customer against L/C or terms whichever applicable.
- Updated all laws, regulations on tax, import and export;
- Other tasks as requirements.

- University degree major (or higher level) in International payment, International
Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics or related fields; priority graduated from Foreign Trade University, University of Economics, National Economics University, Banking Academy, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, or graduated from foreign countries.
- Minimum relevant experience of around 3 years with a good knowledge of trade
documentation mandatory is preferable but fresh graduates are acceptable;
- Understand trade terms, international payment especially Letter of Credit;
- Knowledge of Import/ Export documentation is must
- Deep understanding and experience in Bulk cargo will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and efficient time management
- Good command in English, Chinese communication is an advantage.
- Capable to handle under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and/or in team under pressure with a realistic can do attitude;
