Senior Innovation Project Specialist

OBJECTIVES
Implement projects of the Innovation Center assigned to ensure all projects complete efficient and on time
COMMUNICATION

Internal: All BUs

Complete projects approved

External: Vendors

Liaise with vendors to keep track of the progress of outsourced tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in arranging project resources, implement projects as plan & objectives
​Monitor use of available resources and actively seek out new resources
​Prepare project reports assigned from line managers, organize meetings
​Be a contact point of Innovation Center with other internal Business units and other partners
​Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Innovation Project Management Department

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Economics, IT, technical specialties or relevant fields
Experience

Experience in project management is a plus
At least 03 years of experience in similar position

Skills

Basic understanding of retail bank products
​Proficiency in Microsoft Office
​Able to develop clear PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
​Strong research and analytical skills
​Strong oral & written English & Vietnamese
​Excellent communication & presentation skills
​Ability to execute duties with minimal direction and to adjust workload based on priorities
​Ability to work with cross-functional teams
​Willing and able to take on various types of work
