Senior Interior Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:
• To prepare presentations for client, consultant and/or relevant parties.
• To work with the 3D Visual Team to develop a concept sketch into a developed 3D design.
• Liaise with clients and consultants.
• To manage projects to initiate and develop concepts from starting point through to build reality
• To be able to produce detail drawings for production of the interiors.
• To make presentations and hold coordination meetings with clients and other consultants.

• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
• To specify suitable and international standard material finishes.
• To visualize design ideas in Archicad, Photoshop, Sketchup, and/or other suitable media.
As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to contribute to the DKO culture and help foster the growth of staff. Suitable candidates will have proven experience demonstrating their capability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to show detail design in 2D drawing as well as outline interior space in 3D drawing
• 4 - 5 years experience in Interior Design industry, having working experiences in foreign & multinational company is an advantage
• Initiative, self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Communication skills in English
• Expert in design application: (3D max), Photoshop, Sketchup, Portfolio, Archicad
• Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• Graduated from Architecture, Art University major in Interior design.
• Good concept design and ability to bring the concept into detail design
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Competence in organizational support, react well under pressure
