Senior Investment Analyst

• Analyze property/real estate investment opportunities, market, and deal research, and supporting the firm’s transaction execution and portfolio reporting
• Conduct independent market data research to formulate the in-house key underwriting assumptions
• Participate in due diligence for investments, including review of legal documentation and gathering of market intelligence
• Prepare Investment Committee Memorandum and presentation
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring, including formal monthly, quarterly, and annual report to key stakeholders
• Support the deals execution, including deal structuring, reviewing SPA
• Liaise with vendor and relevant advisors during due diligence including lawyers, financial and tax advisors, building surveyors, etc
• Build and run financial models and all financial analysis that informs investment decisions
• Conduct regular field inspection of various IPs to ensure the accuracy of research data

• Certificate of CFA is an advantage
• High level written and spoken English
• Experience in real estate investment is preferred
• Demonstrated experiences in effective negotiation skills
• At least 3-year proven experience in real estate/investment/financial advisory/investment banking
• Excellent stake holder’s relationship management skills
• Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to stake holders
• Bachelor or Master’s degree from top local or internationally recognized universities
• Able to cope in a fast paced and high-pressured environment and demonstrate good working attitude
• Ability to self-start, multi-task and accurately complete projects on time and independently
