Senior Investment Officer

- Search, analyze and evaluate suitable investment options for the Company then propose to Investment committee/Board of Directors.
- Implement the investment plans approved by the Company
- Monitor the Company’s investment portfolio and report to the Boards about investment performance.
Participate in the development and appraisal of the Company&039;s annual, medium and long-term investment plans.
Coordinate with other internal departments of the Company (eg: Finance & Accounting, Legal…) to establish and prepare periodic or unusual reports about performance of investment portfolio to the Investment Committee, the Board of Directors or other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor or assist in tracking the Company&039;s investments.
Be the contact point to receive, research, evaluate and propose investment opportunities.
Support the company in investment implementation and investment procedures according to revealing regulations.
Perform market research on industries/fields of activity such as: industrial real estate, M&A, stocks, securities.... to propose appropriate investment portfolio that is in line with the Company&039;s direction for each period of market conditions

 Relevant professional qualifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA are preferable
 Proactive, flexible and creative at work
 Excellent/Fluent English language skill (oral and written)
 Minimum three years in a similar position
 Presentation report writing skills
 Good synthetic thinking, data analysis and financial model building skills
 Degree or Certificate: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related majors.
 Experience in real estate / investment / finance is an advantage
