Senior IT Engineer

Functional Objective
The Senior IT Engineer oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high-quality local network and connectivity with cloud hosting, an optimized infrastructure and a smooth integration throughout the whole enterprise system:
● Collaborate with other teams to maintain & optimize the enterprise systems, working with vendors to ensure the enterprise system is stable.
● Be responsible to maintain and optimize the whole infrastructure.
● Maintain good working relationships with all service providers and vendors to ensure that services received meet expected requirements of the contract.
● Design and architect all changes to network and system.
● Maintain & update the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
● Monitor systems to identify performance issues proactively and alerting capabilities.
● Be responsible for business continuity and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
● Contribute to SME (Subject Matter Expert) for technical validation on new projects.
● Research new technology, new solutions to support business departments.
● Resolve issues and prepare status reviews/reports.
● Contribute to Group infrastructure projects.
● Assist the IT Support team to ensure resolution of all issues are in line with the SLAs.
Report to: IT Support & Infrastructure Manager

● Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certified or equivalent level of knowledge.
● Previous experience in a 24/7 high-availability production environment.
● Good command of English and Vietnamese.
● CCNA, MCSA certified or equivalent level of knowledge.
● ITIL knowledge.
● Good knowledge on database design, administer, monitor & optimize.
● Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
● 2 - 5 years in similar role is preferred.
