Senior IT Operator (T24) - Hà Nội - TA099 (DevOps, AWS)

Resolve issues/incident/problem within a timely manner against SLA requirements
Compile and maintain inventory of software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.
Supervise the production in support business operations.
Release requirements to production.
Improve outage response by aligning with customers service initiatives.
Provide L2 support on production.
Confirm operation documents and scripts delivered by partners
Make, define SLA, OLA agreement.
Ensure any integration functional, system compliance, security requirements.

Trình độ đào tạo/ Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience

Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
Operating experience with API management platform like WSO2 or similarly.
Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic search, Logstash.
Experience working with Redhat, Linux, AIX.
Operating experience with docker/container platform like Openshift Container Platform or similarly.
Operating experience with message queue system like Kafka, RabitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similarly.
