Senior Key Account Executive

REQUIREMENTs
•Proven track record in a sales management role – Planning Modern Trade FMCG is preferred;
oHandle tough accounts ( Big C, Metro, Vinmart, Coopmart,..)
oLead trade term negotiation
oImplement key account management in-line with company strategies
oIn-charge trade programs and yearly revenue target
•Strong understanding of sales applications/principles and building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels
•Has an “out of the box” way of thinking (open for changes, innovations)
•Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
•Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
•Minimum of 2 years of operational & planning experience
