Senior Learning and Development Specialist

Work with Document specialist to build a process to storage & update all documents.
Help leaders develop their members through career paths.
Maintain and update constantly training material and deliver a new training program that meets business objectives & demands.
Work closely with team leaders/members to conduct training need assessment/ analysis to identify the training needs & performance gap to achieve the objective.
Update material and lookout for the latest learning trends.
Design & implement training programs (course, workshop, train the trainer, etc.) – especially soft skill courses.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results individual development monthly, quarterly then create improvement and developing plan/ strategy.
Deliver & provide an Amazon Training program for the third party.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the line manager.
Build up the training system for training such as training framework/ guideline/ process/ test.

Have experience in soft skill training and e-learning is preferred.Have current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication and presentation skills (as a Trainer).
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, human resource, education, psychology, or a related field.
Proficient in Ms. Office.
Advanced English level.
At least 2-3 years working experience at the equivalent position, preferable in an e-commerce environment (though not mandatory).
