Reporting procedure
- Produce Budget reports for budget holders
- Produce fanancial report upon request of funders
- Oversea sites (Indonesia and Nepal) in OUCRU network: Reporting from these sites to OUCRU
- Produce periodical reports to OUCRU Committees
- Prepare journals entries for non Balance Sheet transactions
- Produce monthly report to Oxford University
Planning, Forecasting and Budget Monitoring
- Discussing with Budget holders and Setting up coding struture
- Budget consulting for budget holder
- End of grant financial procedure
- Budget monitoring by project and OUCRU-wide
- Forecasting by project and OUCRU-wide
- Assisting with the development of the Unit’s business requirements with the new Finance Systems and Management Information database,
Accomplish other assigned tasks as required

Yêu cầu công việc

SELECTION CRITERIA
· Proficient at Vietnamese and English
· Qualified or Part Qualified to an internationally recognized Accounting qualification or Qualified by experience;
· Experience of working with financial reporting tools
· Relevant Degree at Tertiary level;
PREFERRED CRITERIA
· Experience of Project Management
· At least 3 years’ experience of audit firms or professional consultancy firms.
· Experience of ‘for profit’ and ‘not for profit’ organizations
· Experience of Power BI or equivalent

· Contracted salary: Negotiated (depending on actual experience and qualifications).
